The Golf Course

Hole Eleven

The first par 3 on the inward nine is reachable for most with a medium iron. However, a front bunker foreshortens the hole when viewed from the tee. Two further greenside bunkers lie in wait for an errant, left or right, tee shot. Again, most of the trouble is at the front so take plenty of club to get you onto the green. A well struck, straight shot here should reward the player with a birdie opportunity.

“A high shot is required here to carry the trees and front bunker. This generally plays a little longer than you think.”
